Opt-In & Consent

By sending a text message to a Northcast Inbox–powered phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies from our AI receptionist on behalf of the business you are contacting. Your consent is given when you initiate the first text message to the business.

Message frequency: Replies are sent only in direct response to your messages. You will not receive unsolicited promotional texts.

Message & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you initiate a new conversation.

What Information We Collect

This information is used solely to provide the AI receptionist service to the business you are contacting. We do not sell your phone number or message data to third parties.

AI-Powered Replies

Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence system on behalf of the business. The AI is designed to answer questions, book appointments, and route urgent requests to a human team member. If you need to speak with a person, reply HUMAN or AGENT and your conversation will be escalated.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major Canadian and US carriers including Rogers, Bell, Telus, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
